Trout Stocking at Sylvia
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation began stocking St. Lawrence County waters with trout this week.
The DEC is stocking lakes and rivers in 10 St. Lawrence County towns with rainbow, brook, and brown trout beginning this week, and will continue stocking efforts through the third week in May.
Sylvia Lake will be stocked with 3,150 rainbow trout.
